Terms of Service

By creating an account or using My Business Traka (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
The App helps small and medium businesses record sales, purchases, expenses, inventory, invoices and related bookkeeping, with team access and reporting. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' access that you grant.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the App for a lawful business.
3. Your data & responsibilities
- You own the business and customer data you enter and are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right and any necessary consent to store it (including customer contact details).
- You must not use the App to store unlawful content or to violate others' privacy or rights.
- The App assists with bookkeeping but is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App: no attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer, disrupt the service, or access data that isn't yours.
5. Availability & changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend or discontinue features. The App may update itself automatically to deliver fixes and improvements.
6. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Account deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.
