Privacy Policy
My Business Traka (the "App"), operated by Anmar Tech ("we", "us"). Last updated: 1 July 2026.
This policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, business name and a password (stored only as a secure hash) when you register or are added to a team.
- Business data you enter — sales, purchases, expenses, invoices, inventory/products, vendors, and customer records you choose to add (which may include customer names, phone numbers, email addresses and dates of birth for birthday reminders). You are responsible for having the right to enter this data.
- Images — a business/profile picture you optionally choose from your device.
- Technical data — basic device and log information needed to operate the service and diagnose errors.
2. How we use it
- To provide the App's features (recording transactions, inventory, reporting, invoicing, approvals and team access).
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To send operational notifications you enable.
- To maintain, improve and troubleshoot the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. How data is stored & shared
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We share data only with service providers that help us run the App (e.g. cloud hosting/database and the Expo update/notification service), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
4. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time from Settings → Security → Delete my account inside the App, or by request as described at mybusinesstraka.com/account-deletion.html. Business owners deleting their account also erase the business's data.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted, and access is scoped per business. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
6. Children
The App is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of majority in your region).
7. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data. Team members' access is controlled by their business administrator. To exercise any right, use the in-app tools or contact us below.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
