Delete your account & data

My Business Traka · operated by Anmar Tech

You can permanently delete your My Business Traka account and its associated data. There are two ways:

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open My Business Traka and sign in.
Go to Settings → Security.
Under Danger Zone, tap Delete my account.
Enter your password to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 — By request

Email support@mybusinesstraka.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your user account (name, email, login credentials).
If you are the business owner: all of the business's data — sales, purchases, expenses, invoices, inventory, customers, vendors, reports, settings and all team members.
If you are a team member: your own user account is removed; the business's shared records remain with the business.

Deleted data cannot be recovered. Backups, if any, are purged on their normal rotation. Records we are legally required to retain (if any) are kept only as long as the law requires.
